Delete directly inside Viora
- Open Viora and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted, type DELETE, and confirm.
Viora performs the deletion during this flow. You will be signed out when the deletion request has been accepted and the on-device cleanup finishes.
This is the primary deletion method. No email is needed when Viora is installed and the account can be opened.
Cannot access Viora?
The email option below is only the outside-app fallback required for users who cannot open or sign in to Viora. It is not required for normal in-app deletion.
- Email chhxnshah@gmail.com from the same Google account email you use to sign in to Viora.
- Use the subject line: Viora account deletion request.
- Include the Google account email used in the app.
Hassan Shahzad will process a verified outside-app request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
What is deleted
- Your Viora account record used for sign-in / AI access (Cloudflare Worker IAM)
- Associated AI usage metrics tied to your account
- AI results you reported for safety or quality review
- Feature-flag / role records for your account
- Viora’s subscription mirror and identified RevenueCat customer record
- Your local Viora diary, progress, workout, food, settings, and private photo data
- Your encrypted Google Drive app-data backup when it is configured in Viora
What account deletion does not do
- Google Play subscription: Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play to stop future renewal.
- Google account: Your Google account is not deleted. You may separately revoke Viora’s sign-in access in your Google Account permissions.
- Health Connect: Viora does not delete records created by other apps in Health Connect. You can revoke Viora’s permissions in Android settings.
Limited retention
Provider and infrastructure logs may be retained separately under the provider’s policies. Viora may retain limited records only where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can:
- Delete individual meals, workouts, photos, and entries inside the app
- Turn off Google Drive backup
- Revoke Health Connect permissions in Android settings
- Uninstall the app to clear on-device data while keeping the ability to create a Viora account again later
